IIRS management engaging officers deployed to MDAs recently
The leadership of the Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS), on Thursday had another productive engagement session with our dedicated IIRS officers deployed across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in Imo State.
The essence of the engagement amongst other things is to continue the rollout of the newly established Monitoring & Evaluation Protocol Department (M&EPD).
Explaining more on the importance of the MDAs engagements, the Executive Chairman of IIRS, Justice Okoye, said “The session focused on aligning our field officers with the new performance monitoring framework, reinforcing accountability, operational excellence, and our shared commitment to delivering quality service and improved revenue outcomes.
“Together, we are building a more efficient, transparent, and data-driven revenue administration that will strengthen tax compliance and enhance taxpayer experience across Imo State.
Okoye assured that “The journey to a world-class revenue service continues”.
