Comptroller Tenny Mankini Daniyan, PTM Command
As the decoration of newly promoted officers across all Commands of the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) continues, the PTML Command has decorated 54 newly promoted officers.
Within the period, the Command also raked in N31 billion in revenue as at 24th January, 2024.
Comptroller Tenny Mankini Daniyan, who disclosed this at the decoration ceremony held at the command on 24th January, 2025, said the decoration ceremony was aimed at recognising their hard work and excellence and was held on the heels of a similar mandate issued in Abuja by the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi which is sought to encourage the promoted officers and inspire others to strive for greatness.
According to him, the promotions were a testament to the command’s commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication while expressing his pride and admiration for the newly promoted officers, urging them to uphold the integrity and excellence that the command is known for.
Giving additional details on performance of the command thus far, the controller revealed that they have collected over N31 billion in revenue so for this year.
He further noted that “This achievement, he noted, is a promising start to the year and a reflection of the command’s efforts to expand trade and improve efficiency.
“With the command’s sights set on a brighter future, we are confident in the command’s ability to continue delivering excellent results. As the pilot command for B’Odogwu, PTML is poised to lead the way in innovation and excellence,” Daniyan averred.
