Further to his success-rooted policy of collaboration, the management of Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS), led by Justice Okoye,FCA has begun a strategic tripartite synergy between the trio of Eastern Waste Management Company (EWAMAC), Local Government Area Chairmen and the communities coordinating Ministry of chieftaincy Affairs. The key common denominator is very simple; the evacuation of waste and collection of revenue across the 27 Local Government of the State.
The major job of IIRS in this emerging collaboration is to encourage Local Government chairmen to partner with EWAMAC and the Ministry of Chieftaincy Affairs to keep Imo clean and in the process raise revenue for the state. Two things are to be achieved simultaneously; Clean Imo State and Revenue Boost.
