IIRS Boss, Justice Okoye, welcoming OCDA Chief, Hon. Franck Nzewodo
The Executive Chairman of Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS), Mr. Justice R. Okoye (FCA), has expressed satisfaction on the salient performance of the General Manager of the Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), Hon. Nkem Frank Nzewodo.
In a brief social media post after hosting Nzewodo, Okoye averred that “Today, I proudly celebrate and congratulate the General Manager of the Owerri Capital Development Authority, Hon. Nkem Frank Nzewodo, on his successful three years in office as the GM of Owerri Capital Development Authority OCDA.
He revealed that Nzewodo’s tenure has been defined by visible achievements, strategic leadership, and remarkable growth in revenue generation. Under your watch, OCDA emerged as the highest revenue-generating MDA in Imo State, recording an outstanding ₦1,109,344,620.8 in 2025, while already achieving ₦321,689,102 by March 2026.
According to him, “This level of consistency and excellence reflects hard work, dedication, and commitment to service. I also sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Hope Uzodimma, whose visionary leadership and unwavering support continue to inspire excellence across government institutions in Imo State.
